Chad Tracy expects to go off blood thinners this week.
Tracy has been on the blood thinners for a blood clot in his surgically repaired right leg, but could go off the meds on Thursday, depending on his doctor’s diagnosis of his progress. He would return four days after that. The Diamondbacks continue to hope he’ll be ready to start the season on the active roster as the primary left-handed pinch-hitter.
